Maersk Alabama the US flagged ship is the first in several years to be attacked by Somalian pirates...Maersk Alabama with 20 American sailors was en route to Mombasa to deliver food aid of the World Food Program...It was hijacked near the Somalian coast and the captain of the ship is being held as hostage...The U.S. Navy destroyer Bainbridge and several other war ships came to the scene yesterday and the CIA and FBI are also keenly watching the activities...Efforts are on to rescue the container ship...
