In what is considered as a set back to the Pop singer Madonna a Malawi judge rejected her petition to adopt a second Malawian child...The reason for the rejection being that the prospective parents should have lived in Malawi for at least 18 month before they can adopt.But Madonna currently resides in London and New York..Madonna's attempt to adopt 3-year-old Chifundo "Mercy" James stirred up controversy and she has earlier adopted David Banda from the same country...
