So when with the help of customer satisfaction survey the producer has the option of changing the products according to the taste of the customer and this is known as Generational Equity, which will help them to achieve great sales volume.The main disadvantage of customer satisfaction survey is most of the questionaire tend to be long.the questions are sometimes not been straight forward and simple,which means it consumes lot of time for filling them.
