Two British and French nuclear-armed submarines collided in the Atlantic Ocean.Britain's HMS Vanguard and France's Le Triomphant are the vessels involved in the crash. Le Triomphant suffered damage to a sonar dome and HMS Vanguard has been towed to its Faslane base in western Scotland for repairs.
